Dr. Addison Killeen is a highly respected voice in dental practice growth, operations, and leadership. After founding and scaling six successful dental offices in Lincoln, Nebraska, he sold his DSO in 2018 to co-found the Dental Success Network (DSN)—a nationwide community dedicated to helping dentists thrive clinically, financially, and personally.

As a Blackbelt-level coach with the renowned Dental Success Institute (DSI), Addison mentors growth-minded dentists through the Elite Practice Mastermind, guiding them in systems optimization, team alignment, and profitability strategies. His Lincoln-based practice, Capital Dental, is a four-doctor flagship office known for its streamlined operations, guest-focused experience, and over 1,100 5-star Google reviews. With a unique blend of entrepreneurial and clinical experience, Addison is committed to helping dentists build practices that are not only successful—but sustainable.

Dr. Steve Markowitz

Dental Advisor

Dr. Stephen Markowitz is a third-generation dentist and the founder and CEO of MFD Dental Management, a rapidly growing dental group that now supports seven practices, 21 doctors, and over 140 team members. Inspired by his father’s legacy of care-driven dentistry, Steve blends deep clinical roots with a passion for leadership, team development, and scalable practice growth.

A graduate of Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, where he received top honors in prosthodontics, Dr. Markowitz combines hands-on clinical excellence with visionary business leadership. His commitment to patient care and culture has made MFD a standout in delivering meaningful dental experiences while building strong, aligned teams.

As a speaker and mentor, Steve brings a refreshing balance of strategy and empathy—helping other dentists grow thriving practices while staying true to the people and purpose that matter most.
